Many business has loss balance when employee lack proper. Training or knowledge of the job they are employed in, most businesses lack screening of employee and this could result to employment of in experience employee who may not have an idea of the business he is running.

lack of incentives for the customer: Customers will always patronize where they have the best discounts and other freebies. You need to always get your customer addicted to you by making them feel needed
