Hi everyone how are you all well. Hopefully you are all well. Today I am tell you that the qualities of apple.
Apple is a fruit which contains nutrients.
It is rich in fiber and antioxidants, vitaminsC and potassium. Apple also provides us weight loss, brain health and improvement gut. Maximum we ca eat 2 Apples in a day.
There are many benefits of apples are

4 Apple supports immune system healthy
5 Apples plays important role in preventing cancer
6 Apples prevents Alzheimer, s diseases

Apple contains both antioxidants and bioactive compounds which are beneficial for strengthning and improving our bone health along with this milk contain various nutrients like as : magnesium, zinc , Calcium , vitamin D and K . All of these nutrients are beneficial for bone health. Apples are full of potassium, vitamin B6 , which aid in good sleep . Apple have many qualities like good for diabetes, and blood sugar regulation.
Apple are used for a brighter smile and stronger gums helping weight lose enables the smoother digestion , helps to relive constipation and diarrhea, reduces cholesterol leve and good for your heart .
