Passive income, also know as automated revenue can be an incredible method for assisting you with producing additional income, regardless of whether you're running a side hustle or simply attempting to get some additional batter every month. Automated revenue can assist you with acquiring seriously during the fun occasions and tide you over on the off chance that you unexpectedly become jobless or regardless of whether you intentionally remove time from work.

With easy revenue you can have cash coming in even as you seek after your essential work, or then again in the event that you're ready to develop a strong stream of automated revenue, you should kick back a bit. Regardless, an automated revenue gives you additional security.

Also assuming you're stressed over having the option to save enough of your profit to meet your retirement objectives, creating financial momentum through automated revenue is a system that may interest you, as well.

Automated revenue thoughts:
Make a course
Compose a digital book
Rental pay
Subsidiary advertising
Flip retail items
Sell photography on the web
Distributed loaning
Profit stocks
Make an application
REITs
A bond stepping stool
Supported posts via web-based media
Put resources into a high return CD or investment account
Lease your home present moment
Promote on your vehicle
Make a blog or YouTube channel
Lease valuable family things
Sell plans on the web

Things I've tried:
I can attest to "compose a digital book" as I've sold digital items on Etsy before and it has worked quite well.

I can also say "flip retail items" are good, though I prefer to flip collectibles, like art and pokemon cards. They tend to be a lot higher ticket so you need fewer transactions for more profits. For example, I flipped pokemon cards where each pack was +$100 in profits. Whereas if I flipped shirts and stuff I'd need to sell maybe 20 shirts to run the same profits. Likewise, I've flipped art where I bought for $500 and sold for $750 and made about $230 after shipping fees.

I don't think REITs are a good idea so I disagree there. The reason's because REITs are all over the place and historically has a very low Sharpe Ratio when compared to stocks. I prefer investing in real estate syndications instead where the underwriting and the competency of the sponsor is a lot more transparent.

I also don't agree that leasing your home is 'automated revenue' at all. Tenants don't pay ALL. THE. TIME. They also destroy things. I've had tenants that were very well-behaved for ~2 years and then started not paying rent. And I had to evict them. Once evicted, I found there was broken windows and a huge hole in the drywall, about 5 feet in diameter. It's quite active, like any other job.

In this century, there is more reason to think along having a passive income. This will help faster in creating wealth. There are many passive ideas online which if known can make creating wealth easier. There is uploading videos on YouTube which I consider the best form of passive income because quality videos can be watched and rewatched.

An easy way to earn passive income would be to write a book and sell, when people buy your books, you get money from it but not everyone are writers. Another way to get passive income is through investing in real estate, you could rent out a house or an apartment, and then money starts coming in you are good to go there are investments you can go into as well.

Hello,
in passive income I use several more or less risky solutions:
starting from the least to the most risky:
1. Yieldnodes, a company that invested my money on different masternodes with around 7% revenue.
This is based on blockchain infrastructure and therefore technically possible. I give it an 8.5/10 confidence level.

2. a Robot also on a regulated platform of your choice, available at the end of January
confidence level 9/10 because we control the capital

3. a last one, regulated in canada according to the papers, but the broker is less clear. revenue of around 35%

I also have the gold robot but it's been around too long it seems too risky now

but be careful when you invest it should not be money you could need

There are hundreds of passive income ideas in which anyone can actually make money from in 2022. You just have to find the one that is very suitable for you and you have passion for and start working on how to make a lot of money from it.

One of the best passive income ideas in 2022 is Amazon Kindle publishing. If you are very good in writing a book then publishing those books in Amazon Kindle is one of the best things you could do for yourself because you stand a chance of making a lot of money passively. I know many people that publish their books on Amazon Kindle and make a lot of money for themselves on daily basis.

Another good passive income idea in 2022 is print on demand business. If you are very good in graphics designing then this is a perfect business for you because there are so many platforms like redbubble in which you can sell your clothing designs and make a lot of money for yourself passively. You just have to be very good at what you do who then you are on your way to making a lot of money. The good thing about using redbubble is that you don't need to drive external graphic to make money.

If you search online, you will find hundreds of passive income ideas, but the main issue with these ideas is whether you have the required skills to do it or not. For instance, making a course and selling from learning platforms, for instance udemy, is one of the best ways to earn passive income. You will continue to earn as long as people are enrolling for your course, and the best part is once a course is created you do not have to work on the same course again. However, creating a course requires a lot of skills. In order to create a course, you will have to shoot videos, videos of you teaching the course, you will have to record podcasts, podcasts on your course lesson, you will also have to write ebooks and course materials. This is not only hard work but also requires a lot of specialized skills. Let's say you managed to create a course, do you start making passive money. Well, not. You also need digital marketing skills so that you can market your course and reach the people who are willing to take the course. YOu also need SEO skills in order to tank your course on the internal search on the platform where you published the course.

One of the ways to make money on autopilot is by engaging on investment or ventures that will bring in passive income. The passive income ideas that you shared are good but how many members of this forum have the skills to execute them. I have been reading passive income ideas on papers and on the Internet, I have never try out one because I feel incapacitated because of the lack of knowledge around it. There are so many of them online and that is why @Mika stressed that getting the knowledge or qualifications is very important. This will give you an edge and unlimited opportunities. Apparently, getting good money online need the required knowledge and it is the first thing that one should consider. I agreed that one could make passive income by blogging and also via Vlogging. Affiliate marketing too is a very good way to start and that is basically one of the best ways to generate passive income. The best way to continually making money on autopilot is to establish an independent streams of income. An idea that will make you money even while sleeping. All these passive income ideas don't make you money easily, you must have put in lots of effort.

One can earn passive income by doing some little things that doesn't need too much of your time yet can give you little money; like selling recharge cards and data online, printing of recharge cards, and lots more. Using your skills online too can earn you much, teaching people what you know
