To add to what you have listed has the requirements to start up a mobile restaurant, I think one needs a vehicle or truck to move around and sell to the final consumers. Without the means of moving around, then such business won't be considered as mobile.

Yes you both are very correct. First, i think making sure to find a good and strategic place of parking your food truck . Can't always keep on the road 12 hours a day. You also need to find a particular location where you have a whole bunch of people passing through on daily basis at a particular time of the day( Specifically during lunch hour ). You also need all your utensils be stainless steel not plastics. The only things that could be plastics and disposables are the Takeaways, spoons and the forks.
