Often while booking a property, especially if it is under construction, the seller will demand some advance. Many people prefer to book the under construction property since the rates are lower. In some cases ,Later the seller will say that he cannot hand over the property to the person who paid the advance, and he is also not willing to refund the money saying that he is suffering from a financial crisis. In this case, what are the options available to the person who paid the money to get a refund, Is it worth taking the risk of making an advance payment for a property which is under construction?
