ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES: Major changes in the workplace, such as reorganization, layoffs, or changes in company culture, can create uncertainty and stress. POOR MANAGEMENT: A lack of support, communication, or direction from management can lead to stress and decreased job satisfaction.
