I have been facing many issues related to digestive system. I am not feeling hungry at all and I think there is some sort of issue with my digestive system that led to a complete loss of appetite. There was a time when I used to eat a lot and I was overweight. many people would think that losing weight is actually good for us and I do agree with them. However, this does not mean that loss of appetitie is also a good thing. I have heard that yogurt os really good for digestive system. Will it also help me to recover and become again like I was before? It is full of probiotics that help the good bacteria to grow in our digestive system.
