I am sure that we all know the difference between something being important and something being compulsory. Passive income is very important to everybody because it may be so stressful to work before making money and that is where passive income comes in. Passive income will save you from the stress of working all the time before you make money and you may even decide not to work throughout your lifetime but to make money from the passive income ideas that you have brought up.
This is very important especially for old people because they have gotten to a stage that they can no longer work very well again so the best thing they can do is to make money from their passive income ideas.
It is not everybody who has a passive income and they are doing well without the passive income so I can say that it is not compulsory. The fact that you are not making passive income does not mean that you cannot to do well in life. You don't have to earn from passive income before you make money but we should have it in mind that it is important and not compulsory. You should just invest in it when you have money.
