[QUOTE="TOZZIBLINKZ, post: 302028, member: 37528"] Making a career change during the age of 40 to 50 may absolutely be strange to some individuals and in fact majority of people believe that during the age of 40 to 50 you should be able to have planned your retirement. But it is important that we understand that making a career change does not have anything to be affected by our age. And it is basically the decision of every individual to either stay in his or her present career or job or possibly make a change. Making a change in your career or job absolutely is resulted by so many factors and so many situations but one of the major situations in which an individual may obviously change his or her career and job is that he or she feels less satisfactory or less comfortable in his or her present job or career. Changing your career and given the age of 40 to 50 can absolutely be resulted by so many factors, for example who your present job may always demand you that you wake up early in the morning and be there in the business environment on time but given the age of 40 to 50, an individual may not really have such energy to be waking up early in order to make him or herself available in the business environment on time, however to prevent him or herself from such dilemma, he or she may obviously change his or her career or job, in order to occupy and have more free space and freedom. I stand to be corrected, but I believe that there is absolutely nothing wrong for an individual to change his or her career or job during the age of 40 to 50, and in as much as he or she should plan for retirement that absolutely makes it even more important for him or her to still engage in satisfactory job and career opportunities even at that age.
