A lot of investment gurus will tell you that putting all your money into one asset is not good and you will have to diversify your investment. What if you are investing in something like Apple, or Microsoft? Apple and Microsoft can be a safe bet because these are some of the biggest companies in the world. Investing wisely means spreading your money out across different assets to lower the risk. Do you really have to do this if you are investing in valuable companies. Well, it is unlikely that Apple or Microsoft will suddenly go bankrupt, but possibilities like these cannot be undermined as such thing has happened in the past.
