Any real estate investment as long as it involves the buying of buildings and property will always be profitable if we are doing it in a good location, I believe the risk you are mentioning can be avoided if we are able to partner with people that have better understanding such as real estate agent or manager, they can be able to tell us or give us a good price to purchase a particular property depending on the location and the size of the asset.. I will suggest that anyone who is interested to invest in property and rent it out for people to live in should consider doing it in the Urban settlement as it will be more profitable here.

Now my money is in stocks but I know that real estate is the best investment that you can earn from and that your investment is safe because it is not devalued unless there is something unusual in the area.
