Investing in a rented market stall

Just yesterday I discovered that the market stall has a value called rights. That means when you rent a market stall to sell meat or vegetables you have to find a vacant stall otherwise you have to pay for the rights. One example is the vendor of dressed chicken. They bought the rights from the original tenant at a cost of $100 and after 2 years the cost of rights now is $200. That is clearly double the money that was invested.

The rental of the stall is 500 pesos a day which is the equivalent of $10. If you have a stall that you bought the rights and you do not want to sell then you can rent the stall not for $10 but maybe higher. In other words your investment of $200 is growing while you also earn from the rental no matter how minimal. I hope I can find a tenant who will be willing to sell the rights of his stall in the market by the gate of our village.
