I had been hearing about it that its a disease to be sleeping to much.
And to me if one notice this its better that one should visit hospital for check up.
Sleeping too much is very bad especially now a days that even those the are not sleeping working everyday are yet to make it talkless the one sleeping.

I am taking antidepressants for various conditions and one of the main reason is insomnia. Anti depressants do help a lot; however, I take it almost several hours before going to bed. I am not suggesting you to take antidepressants but what I am saying is that your doctor might suggest the right medication for you. I would advise you to seek doctor.
