Disability Employment Services (DES) provides specialized help for individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to find and keep suitable jobs in the regular job market. DES can also assist employers who hire individuals with disabilities.

Disability Employment Services has two parts:

• Disability Management Services assist job seekers with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions in finding employment and may offer occasional workplace support.
• Employment Support Services assist job seekers with permanent disabilities in finding employment, especially if they require consistent and ongoing workplace support.
