When it comes to business there are so many ways in which you can treat your customers, having sometimes you can get your customers in a very good tool to promote your business or market your product, being friendly with your customers, selling your product in a low rate for them, another good way of treating your customer on maintaining your customer is; buying a good and high-quality products that will meet your customers satisfaction, this way you'll be able to maintain your customers, most customers like it when you call them by their names, so I suggest knowing your customer by their names is a good way to treat your customers, because in this way they will know that they are well known as customers.

Yes you are right .But as a business man you must make sure that you are punctual in your business there is a saying that; punctuality is a souil of the business.
They way one approach his/her customar matters because first impression last longer,so one must treated there customer very well so that there will be more sales and more profit.

Customer treatment is one thing a business owner must know how to do. That's why we have customer relation. These people are trained in how to make customers satisfied. A business owner should amidst other things make sure he sells out quality things to his customers and always think about their satisfaction first. This will enhance the customers to feel at home.

Customers are the reason why we start up any business, be it offline or online. So we ought to take them as our first priority, make sure we treat everyone equal. And no one above each other, because for serve same purpose of patronizing the business. If we use sentiment or treat some bad cos we have others who buy at large we might lose good number of them and when the ones buying high stops our business crashes down to earth.

There is what we call business tragedy and most of the people that I have come across they don't have such an experience or knowledge on how to go about it. let me take for instance there are many shops every way and why people come to your place is because of the way you welcome them, the way you are attend to them. so in a case where you don't give your customer a good manner to them, they will definitely want to go to another place to buy whatever the want.

Aside from the business angle the customer would be happy to be treated as a guest (when inside the store or office) or a friend even in video chatting. A little laughter wouldn't hurt so it is advised to have some humor that is safe from any discrimination. The customer also wanted to be treated with favor like a special discount even if the discount is not really special at all.

It is important to treat customers right by listening to them. Sometimes, customers just need to know that you're listening. Apologize when something goes wrong. Take them seriously. Make customers feel important and appreciated. Stay calm, identify and anticipate needs, then suggest solutions.

It is always good to treat your customers right no matter how they behave,the way you treat them will determine how people will views your organisation, and another thing is that you should not discreminate any customer depending on the background , religious and tribe, just treat everyone as perfect as you can, this will make alot of people have trust in you.

There is a popular saying that customers are always right, customers should be treated politely and a steady relationship should be formed like knowing the customer names and the little thing they like, selling goods for discounted prices once in a while. How to treat customers is one quality every business owner must must possess if you treat your customer harshly or rude you chased them away but if you treat them with honesty love and truthfulness you bring them and attract them more closer to you as long as the world is concerned people love the quality honestly and if a business order possess such quality then he or she is able to make more and more sales
