1. Brush your teeth Regularly at least brush for like 2 minutes and brush twice in a day also to prevent germs from staying in the teeth
2. Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol as it damages the teeth and can also lead to oral cancer
3. Beverages like tea,soda and coffee can also lead to teeth problem as too much consumption of this beverages weakens the teeth and lead to dental cavities
4. Eat healthy diet and avoid diet that is too much in vitamin as it also leads to dental problem
5. Make sure you visit dental clinic regularly so as to have a proper dental check-up at least go every 6 months to prevent you from having any dental cavities or dental problem

It is very good to be washing out teeth very well in fact it will give one good breathing. Though some people use to say that; we are just to be washing our teeth not compulsory to be twice in a day. But I want to say that once you avoid to be doing this its very good and normal. When one refuse to be washing teeth it can also leads to heal ness.

The best way to take of the teeth is by brushing at least twice in a day.you brush it day and night to help keep the teeth clean.also try using bakings soda to clean the teeth because it whitens the teeth and prevent it from any dirt's.avoid taking too much candies.
