One of the most important things in life is to be healthy, follow these steps to create a healthy and balanced life not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.

1- Keep your mind active Staying mentally active is emotionally beneficial In addition to this fact, there are studies that show that there is a relationship between activities that stimulate the mind and learning to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's Don't put off, even if you feel like you're no longer up for those jogs.

2- Strengthen your relationships Make it a priority to develop meaningful relationships rather than just being social. Surround yourself with people who enrich your life and make you happy. Practice self-disclosure, which means sharing things you trust (thoughts, fears, favorite movies and music, things you don't like, etc.). It has been proven that it is of utmost importance not only to form deep interpersonal relationships, but to feel emotionally recognized.

3-Knowing is a healthy relationship. Be open about how you feel, try to understand what others feel and let yourself down. If you feel that you are in a relationship as a manipulator or a controller, come out of it. It is better for yourself to stay strong than to be held by a relatively sane partner.

4-Stay connected with your close friends. It doesn't just mean sharing a YouTube video on your Facebook wall from time to time. If you live far away from close friends, call them every few weeks. If you live nearby, take time each week to go through your house and catch up (even if they are busy with work, family, etc.).

Some people are too lazy to do exercise. one of the benefits of exercise is that it helps to pump blood to all cells in the body systems and make us stay alert. It also help to get rid of waste products from our system. People prefer junk food to balanced diet these days.

Though you are right that most people are too lazy to exercise. But at times, most people don't do exercise because of lack of time. Though this may not sound as a genuine excuse but I am telling you that the hustling process that some people pass through won't even let them have time for exercise.

Health is wealth our health should always be our priority we should not use tobacco, vape products, alcohol, or drugs and we should exerciseas often as we can and Stay aware of our emotions and mood and also get enough sleep.
