1. We should make sure that we get enough sleep for at least 7-8 hours because sleep deprivation affect our memory, mood, attention and concentration and not getting enough sleep can also lead to depression which can cause heart disease and diabetes
2. We should make sure we drink like 8 glasses of water ever day so as to keep us Hydrated because dehydration affect our energy
3. We should make sure we eat healthy foods by avoiding foods that are high in Calories, trans fat , saturated fat and sugar and we should eat enough fruit and vegetables so as to maintain our body weight and energy because nutrition is not about weight it is about our health we should be healthy

Sleeping in time at least 7-8 hours a day is really necessary for the welfare of our health. Otherwise it will create many dangerous diseases like diabetes and heart related disease. Drinking sufficient water is also very important for health. Taking healthy food and enough fresh fruit and vegetables are needed in life.

Taking care of our our is very important because without that no other activities in life can be achieve. So therefore it is very good to take care of our heath even before we are sick . There should be proper check up to know may be our health is in goof conditions or now.

You can take good care of the health by eating good food rich in Balance diet.a food that has all the right nutrients and vitamin also eat enough fruits and vegetables it's very good for the body.also consume less sugar it's very dangerous for the body it can cause Diabetes.

This might not really be possible in the daytime because everyone obviously will be going to their normal daily activities, sleeping 6 hours every night can be considered but it is the best for us to sleep more than 6 hours. 7 to 8 hours is what the doctors advice because it is the best for the body to get rid of stress and maintains its normal function. A situation in which we are not able to make upto these then it might lead to problem and also stress in the body. Generally I sleep for 6 hours everyday but the side effects may not be serious because I am still young..
