1. We should make sure that we get enough sleep for at least 7-8 hours because sleep deprivation affect our memory, mood, attention and concentration and not getting enough sleep can also lead to depression which can cause heart disease and diabetes
2. We should make sure we drink like 8 glasses of water ever day so as to keep us Hydrated because dehydration affect our energy
3. We should make sure we eat healthy foods by avoiding foods that are high in Calories, trans fat , saturated fat and sugar and we should eat enough fruit and vegetables so as to maintain our body weight and energy because nutrition is not about weight it is about our health we should be healthy
