Blood pressure are due to different reasons it can be due to stress of thinking too much so I'd you can minimize that you will be able to reduce blood pressure

Blood pressure is caused or happens when you do too much work or it can also happen as a result of depression or overthinking.when you think too much it causes the body bp to get high.also avoid stress because when you stress yourself it gets high.lastly try to exercise the body it also helps a lot

The kind of life style on live can make one to have blood pressure.If you are the type that like shouting unnecessary,you may end up suffering from high blood pressure because both your lungs and kidney will be doing a lot of work to be stabilized and your blood level need to be checked.stress is also another thing to be considered for high pressure

Blood pressure can be reduce in so many ways in which you had mention some part of it. Anxiety can cause blood pressure that is; if some one did not have rest of mind every time can be so dangerous and can lead to high blood pressure .
So to be save from this one need to be free from too much thinking of the incident that has happen or the one that could happen.

Depression can be caused by many factors depending on individuals. While stress is the major cause of depression to some people, bad happening causes depression to a lot of people.to effectively fight depression, the cause of the depression is what we nerd to face.
