How to provide value to existing Business clients

We all know that business is all about relationships. The more you can build the relationship with your client, the better chance you have of retaining them as a long-term customer. Here are some tips for providing value in your client relationship:

1. Be helpful. You can't expect your client to take care of all the tasks or problems on their own. That's why you need to offer help. You should be able to answer their questions and solve problems they encounter during the process of doing business with you.

2. Be consistent. Your clients will remember if they see a consistent pattern of behavior over time - especially if it's positive behavior such as being helpful and friendly. They may also remember this when considering whether or not to do business with you in the future!

3. Provide value right away! Once you've established a positive rapport with your client, you'll want to make sure they know how much they can count on you being there for them when they need it most - which could mean anything from solving a problem quickly to handling an invoice or paying invoices on time.
