How to Make Money With Facebook
Facebook is currently one of the most visited websites in the world. This is of course not very surprising since the social networking site already has over than 500 million registered users. This means millions of users log in on it every single day. Looking at Facebook with an entrepreneurial view, you can see a lot of ways in which to monetize those millions of people. There direct ways to monetize them and there are of course the indirect ways. You must not however use Facebook for the mere purpose of making money on it because if you do, you will more likely fail. Facebook is a social networking site. This means that you have to be involved in it and use it the way it should be used. Making money from it should be a side trip, not the main trip.
So how do you exactly make money with Facebook? There are many strategies being used by a lot of internet entrepreneurs, the most common of which are the following:
1) Direct selling - This is the best way to go if you have your own products or services to sell. There is this part of Facebook called the Facebook Marketplace. You can go there and offer your stuff. Or you can simply post photos of your products on your profile and inform your friends and contacts that they are for sale. You may as well use the Facebook Page feature of Facebook. Here you can post photos, information, news, and descriptions about the products you are selling.
2) Affiliate marketing - Are you an affiliate marketer? If your answer is yes, then Facebook is a good place for you to promote your affiliate products. Just grab your affiliate links and post them on your Facebook wall. If you have more than a thousand friends, somebody might get interested and buy something from you. Do not overdo it though or you will be branded as a spammer.
3) Blog traffic - This is an indirect way on how to make money with Facebook but it works. Just use it to promote your website where ads and products are displayed.
