Google is changing the compensation to webmasters, online publishers in the google AdSense program, paying them based on the number of page views instead of clicks on the ads, according to multiple sources. So having an active forum with more members may become profitable in the next few months, since forums have a large number of page views.

I think that Google had revised it's terms and conditions for payments.
This is however great news for the webmasters here. I hope that the payment per impressions is far much better compared to the payment by the number of clicks.
This would be a game changer for the online earning world which was almost dying a natural death because of the low payments for the Google ads that are run on the different websites for the truth of that matter.

Do you realize Adsense combines both PPC and CPM models? PPC means Pay Per Click, you ean everytime someone clicks on your ads, but these clicks should come from genuine user interest and not because of incentivized traffic. CPM means you earn a certain amount pe 100 ad impression. Both PPC and CPM models are location sensitive, which means you your earning depends on traffic location. If you receive traffic from high tier coun tries yo earn more money per click and impression
