1: skipping breakfast is not a safer way to loose weight,so don't skip your breakfast
2:eat enough fruits and vegetables
3: drinking enough water
4:eat high fibre food
5:do some exercise
By so doing you will be able to loose weight safely, without hurting or harming your body system

I agree that skipping meals is not a good way to lose weight. However, it is now a common knowledge that intermittent fasting can make you lose weight effectively. My wife is on the 10 am to 6 pm diet. She only eats during that period and no more food intake after 6 pm and before 10 am. It is somewhat effective for her.

Yes it is not advisable for you to deny yourself of food for the main purpose of losing weight because personally I don't see the need for it, the type of food we consume on daily basis determine how fat we will be because there are some food that contains a lot of fat which may not be suitable for people with obesity tendency.

The best method that I think we can use to lose weight is by doing exercises regularly because exercise helps us to burn fat
