How to know that your customers and clients are not satisfied with what your business has to offer.

One of the prominent and sure reasons why majority of people go into business today , is to be able to satisfy some of the numerous wants and needs of man , so as to make business earnings , income , and profit as they are satisfying this numerous wants and needs of Man . But no matter what the reason is , majority of business owners do not always succeed in their intention of going into business , because at some point-in-time , some of them do face negative and uncalled circumstances in the businesses as the day go on , but in most prominent cases this negative circumstances faced by some of these business owners are sometime and mostly caused by them , as a result of not putting some factors that helps to determines business profit and productivity into proper consideration .

The inability to sell and render quality business goods and services , is primarily considered to be one of the reason why must client , consumers , and customers are not satisfied or felt comfortable to patronize a particular business owner making him to run out of patronage . For a business owner to know whether his clients and customers are not satisfied with what his business has to offer , Some seen factors like client complaint may have occurred more than twice or thrice in the business organisation . Another way to know is by asking your clients , consumers , and customers series of questions concerning your business and listen to their reply .
