A lot of people were not very serious about lungs health until they began to suffer respiratory problems due to Corona Virus. Corona Virus attacks lungs, thus, limiting human’s ability to take oxygen, which ultimately reduces oxygen saturation levels. Most of the Corona Virus deaths were related to pneumonia, which is also the condition of lungs.

Here are some few tips to make your lungs healthy:

Black cardamom: Black cardamom is helpful for people suffering from respiratory problems. The spice warms up the respiratory tract and eases air circulation.

Turmeric: Turmeric is natural antibiotic. It eases inflammation, self-heals the body and fights cold and cough.

Ginger: One of the common reasons for lungs problems is related to cold and cough, ginger is good to ease symptoms of cold and cough.

Last but not the least, avoid smoking.

There are a lot of way that we can use to improve our lung health by eating healthy foods, avoid smoking and drinking, engage in exercise Regularly, avoid food that are high calories, and you can also consume ginger, garlic and clove as they help to reduce the risk of having certain diseases in the body

You can improve your lungs by eating good food and fruits.also avoid smoking because it's very dangerous to the health.also avoid drinking because it's also very bad for the health.eat food that is rich in vitamin and food that has good nutrients.do not consume too much junk it's bad for the health.
