How to improve your email marketing

1. Create a Sense of Urgency

The first thing you want to do is create a sense of urgency in your customers. You want them to feel like they need to buy now, or else they won't be able to get what they want.

You can accomplish this by using an autoresponder series that says "We are out of stock, please buy now." This is more effective than sending messages asking people to buy your product because it creates a sense of urgency and helps drive sales.

2. Build Trust Through Social Proof

Another way to create urgency is by showing the results of other people who have bought from you. For example, if you sell weight loss products, show before and after pictures of people who have lost weight by following your blog posts and social media profiles. This will help build trust with your customers and increase sales because it shows that there are other people who have benefited from buying from you rather than just relying on marketing alone.

3. Use Multiple Channels Strategically

Instead of relying solely on one channel (email), try using multiple channels strategically instead such as Facebook messenger or Instagram DM's as well as email campaigns such as email drip campaigns (where each email contains an offer).

Regularly clean and check your email list.
It's conceivable for someone to enter a false email address, a mistaken email address, or a fresh email address when they add their email address to your list. Your email delivery performance may suffer as a result, as the emails may bounce, go straight to spam folders, or even have you flagged as a spammer. To ensure that you are constantly dealing with a precise list, regularly run your list through a cleansing and verification service.

Create a customized email for each recipient.
Consider how many promotional emails you get each day. If you don't catch their interest, even if they do open your email, they will probably going delete it before scrolling down. Making the opening more personal by just saying, "Hi [recipient's first name]," can help to interest the reader and persuade them to at least start reading your offer.
