How to have strong muscles

If you want big muscle you have to engage yourself in difficult task like carrying of heavy object and also going to the gym for exercise.One has to drink a lot of water and also eat body building foods. One has to eat eggs, chicken,turkey,youghurt,milk to have muscles.one must always eat every two hours.one has to do push ups so the arms will get bigger and stronger

To me I think to develop muscle is not only by gym alone but constant exercise can also aid it very fast than how one could think off. The food sometimes may not be regular but yet one can still develop it due to some strong job that ones have engage on.

Doing exercise can surely help to build strong muscle because exercising helps us to be strong burn unwanted fat and also makes us fit so I think by doing exercise regularly will help to build strong muscle faster at least doing the exercise for like thirty minutes in a day
