It is not enough to just eat vegetables and fruits to stay healthy, you also need to consume certain types of seeds. One of the few such seeds is the flax seed. These seeds are rich in nutrients.

Flax seeds contain nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins, potassium, magnesium, and minerals. In addition, it contains alpha-Linolic acid which can reduce the body's risk of inflammation and heart disease. But, this is not the only benefit of eating flax seeds.

These seeds are an excellent source of fiber and are also used to treat constipation. Constipation causes a person to go to bathroom less often. This is a common gastrointestinal problem, in which a person develops dry or hard stools, abdominal pain, and bloating.
 
I think constipation is the act of having pain in the internal region of the system making one to visit the rest room often due to indigestion of food eaten.it affect the stomach and allow it to be heavy.if such occurrence is not taken care of it will result to obesity.Obesity is not good for the health of someone at all.

Indigestion is what actually causes constipation most of the time and it is always advisable that we don't drinks s lot of water when we are at this position because the water will help the food in the body for easier digestion and that is one of the best treatment for constipation. Doctors may sometimes prescribe drugs.
