This method has nothing to do with your resume or interview itself, it actually has more to do with you as an individual so pay close attention to this. Alot of you maybe facing problems like constantly being turned down for jobs because you lack experience to do that job. The problem however, is that you don't know how to sell yourself to the employers and get them to hire you anyways despite your lack of experience. Another reason can be that you don't have a personal brand because considering you don't have any experience since you are at the start of establishing your career, you at least need to have your won personal brand and make your personal brand stand out. So, what is personal brand?
