How to fundamentally analyze the market?

I know fundamental analysis is the toughest job for a person and I don’t know how exactly a person should fundamentally analyze the market.

Friday market at first week at beginning month, usually will released news high impact NFP or Non Farm Payroll, this news including in high risk business and the impact could make currency pair being higher volatile when news releases, because I often loss in this condition, sometime I am not trade and closed my MT4 and Ticktrader platform in FXOpen
