What you explained over there is termed partnership. The formation of partnership is caused by many factors as you have highlighted some points in your article. The only thing to consider while forming these partnerships is that one must choose wisely a better and honest partner and everything must be backed by law..

Yeah. It is also termed as partnership. While forming a partnership for any business, you have to consider and take into account many factors, so as to avoid any problem once the partnership basis is agreed upon. Of course, selecting a honest person is very important and everything should be as per law.

The only best way to find the right co-founder is to find a person whom you can trust and see if they are interested in conducting a business. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy person and this is why I would always like to be the sole owner of my business. I have always viewed my financial matters as a thing that is personal to me.

It is really great when looking for a co founder to look for someone who shares your ideas, knowledge and interests. That is why I totally agree with you when you say that you can find this person from your present or past workplace or in business conferences of the niche you are interested in.
