Health Is the general state or condition of the body.to make the body healthy one has to bath daily,cut the nails and keep the cloth clean.one has bath two times daily and also wash the body well with sponge and water to make the body healthy.one has to also make the finger nails neat and clean all the dirt's in the finger.one also has to wash the clothes he or she wears to make it clean and also to remove sweat from the cloth.one has to wash it to prevent body odour..one also has to brush the teeth at Lea Twice daily to make it neat and to prevent it From turning brown.also eat good food and fruits it's good for the body.

1. To be healthy you should eat a healthy foods like Vegetables , meat , fish , drinking milk and healthy products .
2. To be healthy and maintain your health you should've take a fruits especially .
3. You should take a vitamin D from Sun light .

Health is wealth. There is need for is to take our health with ultimate attention. We can do this by engaging in healthy lifestyles. This can be done by doing regular exercise and also eating of balanced diet. There is also need to be taking a walk sometimes to avoid depression.

To be healthy we have to make sure we eat foods that are high in protein, vitamin and fiber and we should eat food that are low in calories, trans fat and saturated fat and we should also make sure that we consume fruit and vegetables at least three times in a week

Start eating good food and avoid setting in the bed area when you feel it is not good for your health and you didn't feel comfortable sitting here second we should try I to take fresh food which is free of junck food and bacteria.
drinking a lot of water is also necessary to care for health we should try to visit doctors to recommend a good meal and good medicine for you stay healthy in your daily routine.

If you will want to build a healthy living then you will have to consider every aspect of your life. This should include your physiological state, psychological state and also your emotional status. You should strive to eat good food at every time . constant exercise and meditation will also go a long way in helping you.

We can take care of our health by eating balanced diet and not good that contains saturated fat, trans fat and high Calories because it will cause high cholesterol in the body which can lead to diabetes, and other negative impact to the health so eating healthy foods will make us healthy
