How to Buy Hosting Service on iPage

Go to iPage and click buy hosting tab. You will be give two options, one connect existing domain or get a free domain. If you don’t already have a domain, choose get a free domain option, you can choose the domain extension of your choice, (dot com, dot net, dot org, etc.)

Once you proceed to the next page, you will be asked whether you want to buy additional services. If you are not sure about these services and if you want to keep your cost minimum just skip these additional services.

When you reach check out page, you will see that you are going to be charged $35 (if you haven’t purchased any additional services).

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive cpanel details on your email and then you can head on to setting up your website.

I once tried to buy hosting service with iPage but gave up in the middle way because they seem to have a lot of hidden costs. They will tell you you can get unlimited hosting for less than $4 per month but when you go to sign u you will find out that you will have to spend at least $75.

Yes, that's very true. iPage pricing is not like why they advertise. They don't tell you they will also be charging for additional services. However, their pricing will substantial reduce if you choose to host for 3 years instead of one year. THis feature makes iPage very interesting low cost hosting service.

Don't you think it is risky to pay for 3 years just to reduce your hosting cost. What if you don't like their service but still will have to continue because you have already paid for 3 long years. I find Namecheap better in terms of price, they are very transparent.
