It can be depressing to wake up one day to see or hear that your property has collapse. This can't be funny especially if you have sunk in money into the property and it still collapses. This means that a whole lot of money will be needed again to erect such. So the best bet is to prevent the collapse from happening in the first place.
So how can you always avoid this collosal loss as a property owner
Be sure that the property you are building has a good foundation. Let the foundation be solid for the building.
Avoid the use of substandard raw materials or cheap raw materials for the building
Find time to always supervise the project. Yes it is good to have the project supervisor but your presence is also needed to see what is going on
Use skilled hands for the job avoid cheap labor that can't give a quality job. When the building collapses you would lose more.
