sorrow and joy.

So take good
care and keep
your body parts

We need to take care of our bodies. I do tell people that people get sick mostly because of what they take in. Some lifestyles are nothing but death trap. There are some people that don't even care about their health. They eat, smoke and even drink any ring that comes their way.

This shows how important it is to take care of our health. This mainly applies to the you ger generation kids who are already spoiling their health by eating junk foods , sitting and watching television for hours and developing a fat stomach. It's the duty of the parents to make sure their kids are exercising and taking care of their health.

Wow that means we really need to take care of our body and we need to also understand some of the things that do not agree with each part of the body, may be with this we will be able to help our body system. Taking of hard drugs can also be some of the things that can harm our mental well-being and this is what we all have to avoid.

That is very good advice there. Indeed these body parts are not available in the market and so we cannot replace them with spare parts. So it is our duty to take good care of them. This is by eating healthy meals and engaging in physical exercise much often. Then you also socialize with people more for good mental health.
