[QUOTE="CALVINDOL, post: 285498, member: 43757"] Almost everything that happens in a business is considered to be done by labor. That simply tells us that labor plays a very important role in the existence of businesses. With enough labor a business will be able to produce or to make goods and services available that are fitting and suitable enough to meet the taste and preference as well as the needs and wants of members of the public. For a business to be expanded or to become successful and prosperous labor need to be employed as a result of employing workers and employees who will come together to achieve the goals and objectives of the business in the best possible ways. A business organisation said to not have enough amount of employees and workers to achieve its goals and objectives is considered to be prone to bankruptcy and liquidation as labor itself play a very important role in business prosperity and growth or development. We shouldn't fail to understand that labor exist in two different forms which are physical labor and non-physical labor. Physical labour has to do with the use of our hands, eyes, minds, intelligence to carry out activities pertaining to business growth and development. Their futher include analysing, calculating, measuring, and recording financial that is of a business to accepting its financial position or performance. On the other hand, non-physical labor involves the use of machines and equipments with a little bit of human intelligence to carry out organisational goals and objectives. The ability for a business organisation to adopt any of the above method or category of labour totally depends on the financial capacity of the business and the ability for the business to have access to the labor in question.
