How do Trustwallet and Metamask compare for crypto deposits

Since Binance and other exchanges are blocked in India at present I am considering using a software wallet. I would like find out how Trust wallet and Metamask compare, which is the best wallet for receiving crypto deposits ,usually a small amount of less than a dollar at a time. I receive this payment from ad networks and would like to sell it to get fiat currency . So I would like to find out which is the better wallet for receiving and selling small amounts of cryptocurrency at present?

From the list of exchanges (Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Bitstamp, MEXC Global, Houbi, Kraken, gate.io and Bitfinex) that has been blocked from operating in India bitget isn’t amongst the list so I believe you can still alternate for them
