When it comes to transforming our negative thoughts into positive ones, we need to be a little careful, though - if we have persisting negative thoughts regarding something, we have to find a way to deal with it and find the root issue and not fall into the habit of just suppressing negative thoughts, because that can have really unhealthy consequences.

Calmness is one of the ways to build positive mental attitude. Also you must be able to see positive things and benefit from every situation you may be experiencing especially the bad ones. you must be willing to learn from every experience you are having. you must be inverse paranoid and see good things in every situation.

Believing in yourself and how you want to be and feel in your life as it is now, can generate a positive attitude, because I am one of those has to thrive at what I do, if I at first don't succeed, I try, try and try again until I get it right, I do not let it beet me and I keep going until the point I end up needing help, but i do not give up thinking and being positive about it. I have built and worked on things that I never thought I could possibly achieve, but because of my positive attitude to keep going, I got them done, things like my KOY fish pond, 4 foot high and 6x5ft wide, it had some issues to sort out but with my positive thinking I got it finshed and my fish are really happy.

This is the main key to survive and succeed in any business you do. Developing positive attitude is very easy first you have to love and appreciate what you're doing, make it like a hobby and make sure you do it with all your heart.

Secondly avoid negative feedback and always take every feedback given positively. Use good defence mechanisms to defend yourself. Then you can also try to listen to good music or even watch movies. Lastly take time site alone and have a conversation with your inner self ,mediation and don't forget to do self evaluation.
