Hotel business is for wealthy people but trust me if you have the capital, it is a business that is advisable to invest in, it attracts a lot of investors, and you can do it best if you are around to monitor it. I can advice anyone who has invested in this business to do it and stay far from it hoping to make the profit from it. It might ruin the investment. People travels a lot and they always looking for places to spend the night and that is where the hotel comes in, almost everyone needs the help of a hotel. I know it has turned to a place to satisfy some sexual desires but it’s not as if it’s a crime and they will still pay

I don't think the hotel is a good business in this pandemic era. Even if you can afford to make a start up with a hotel business there are many restrictions that most hotels here are closed for the moment. The overhead of the hotel is high and even if they own the building and there is no revenue it will render the hotel bankrupt in a year or 2.
