Have A Retirement Plan

Planning for retirement is a question is as important as getting a job. When you retire from your job, what would you fall back on?
You should have something planned ahead or else retirement would take you by surprise. Every man that labours today would be have a day when he would rest from all his labours. At that point there would be no further strength to do much as his strength would begin to depreciate, then he can not rely on it anymore.
While you anticipate your requirement, put systems and measures on ground that carry you through those days of rest. Make investments, build businesses all with the aim of finding your rest while you retire.

of course it is advisable for everyone to have a retirement plan but some people do not plan when they about to retire. Your retirement plan should be about your next stage of life after retirement because you are going to stop receiving salary, you should plan on how to take financial responsibility about your family and also other financial responsibility.

We are lucky that our government has a retirement plan for the workers. However, the retirement plan build up is up to the worker who makes a monthly contribution. When we reach age 60 we can request for the monthly pension provided that we have contributed for at least 10 years otherwise we do not get a pension.

When one works in a public working department retirement age is between 60-70 years. At this age, we shouldn't think about starting over with work, we are meant to have some rest after spending years serving the government. If we are to start any business we should start a business that is him base, that won't stress us much to meet up its demand.
