It is good to start personal business when you have the idea of the business you want to go into then you plan it and do the blue print of the business. In starting a new business the owner the owner must plan his business very well so that it will not fail. Before going into any business you must do your through findings which includes feasibility studies about the business whether it's viable or not, also the profit projection for at least 5 years must be done. This will enable the entrepreneur to make his decision whether to start the business or not. The person starting business must work with the business plan and do the market research very well.

In this digital age communication is very important. You should have an open line to your customers that when they call there should be someone who would answer the phone. Most of the big companies are lousy in that area. When you call their office you have to wait for 15 minutes to 30 minutes before you can get someone to talk to you. A customer is always turned off when he is not given attention especially when there is a problem with the product that he bought or the service that you provided.
