Four most consumed foods we need to avoid

The amount of food we consume everyday have a lot to do with our body. Thousands of people have died as a result of inappropriate consumption of foods. These are the foods u need to stop consuming or at least reduce their rate of consumption.
1 JUICE; juice have no fiber and fiber is an essential substance that reduces the amount of sugar we consume. If you take juice that have no fiber, you are taking too much sugar which can cause damage to your health
2 PACKAGED MEAT AND FISH; You may find them very attractive but you have no idea on how they are prepared. The chemicals or ingredients used on them might not be safe and might cause cancer if they are accumulated in your body as a result of prolonged consumption. You need to start cooking your meat and fish yourself rather than consuming too much canned foods like corned beef, sardines, hotdogs and many more
3 SOFT DRINKS; You need to be careful of the kind of soft drinks you consume because some of them have no nutritional value. Taking a lot of sugary drinks increases the ricks of prostrate cancer, obesity, liver failure etc
4 MARGARINE; margarine have a lot f fats in it. Abnormal cholesterol causes inflammation and some other diseases in the body. Foods like snacks, biscuits, doughnuts, popcorn contains margarine. Make sure you go through the ingredients on the packs very well to see whether they contain cholesterol

In this modern society it is very difficult for us because most of the food we enjoy everyday are not the type of food that is suitable for our body. Fat generally is not good but I'm just surprised to find out that drinking of juice may not actually be good for the body. Maybe because juice contains artificial flavour and sugar which can actually lead to cancer or any other health-related disease.
