In this life, what truly define an individual is the level to which he or she has attend in the process of career building. Everyone wants to have purpose or meaning in their career but how do you actually do, how to start and what are those process that is needed in building this career. Because the process of career building is not something that is very easy and is not a one day job, rather is a process. You have to know where to start, that is the first thing that matters. After that, then you continue with no stop. You have to be intentional about it. This is because everybody build his or her career by himself. You don't expect your father or mother or any of your relatives to do that for you.What practical steps can you take today or this month to make sure you’re not just toiling away at your desk but you’re doing something you genuinely care about?
Therefore for effective career building, you need to be very serious as I the major success to an individual. If you are able to build a solid career for your self I strongly believe that your children will also be a benefactor.
