Coffee is good and also has is own health benefits but it must be taken in moderation. As the popular saying goes too much of anything is bad for health. Same thing happened in this case as well, coffee should be taken in moderation max of 4 cups. Drinking just a cup of coffee in a day is said to regulates the amount of blood pressure in human body and also has a positive effect on the blood vessels. Coffee contain alot of health and benefitial compunds and minerals. Due to these benefitial properties, it serves as an excellent antioxidant and stimulates human brain activities.

However, despite the benefits a cup of coffee comprises, the same one cup of coffee is enough to alter or destrupt your sleep and keeps you awake during the night this is due to caffeine presenct in coffee. And it takes up to 8 good hours for caffeine to completely disappear from the body. Thus, it is advised to only take coffee during the day and not night time when you should be having a good night sleep.

Studies shows that drinking coffee on an empty stomach most especially in the morning, cam stimulates hydrochloric acid production in the body system coffee can also reduces suicide risk and depression in human.

Drinking coffee can have both positive and negative effects on the body, depending on various factors such as the amount consumed, the frequency of consumption, and individual sensitivity to caffeine.
Some of the potential positive effects of drinking coffee include increased alertness and focus, improved mood, and a reduced risk of certain diseases such as type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and liver disease. Coffee is also rich in antioxidants, which can help to protect against cellular damage and inflammation.
However, excessive coffee consumption can also have negative effects on the body, such as increased heart rate, anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues. Caffeine, which is the primary active ingredient in coffee, can also have an impact on blood pressure and may increase the risk of certain health conditions in some individuals.
It is important to note that the effects of coffee consumption can vary widely among individuals, and moderation is key. The American Heart Association recommends limiting daily caffeine consumption to no more than 400 milligrams per day, which is roughly equivalent to four 8-ounce cups of brewed coffee. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider about appropriate caffeine consumption levels.
