Eating of excess carbohydrate has to do with large amount of sugar that will be converted from carbohydrate to simply or complex sugar. This will increase the weight gradually in which the person will not be able to withstand at long run . This can also lead to heart attack, diabetes, and later to stroke. It is good to monitor the diets that we are taking in order to avoid excess weight gain, which can lead to this disease as I mentioned above. So, that is why it is good to monitor and to visit the nutritionist for what we are going to eat appropriately, so as to avoid a various disease in our lifetime, and also participate in daily exercise to burn out some carbohydrates that has turned to single or complex sugar out of the body this is the best way of life.

Carbohydrate is a very good class of food, that plays a vital role in the body.
Without carbohydrate our body will lack energy.

This class of food as we know, is an energy food
.

You can't build up your body with protein, and put aside the one which will give you energy, strength to go about your daily activities.

Carbohydrate has a very wild variety of food. Healthy, including the unhealthy types of food.

Examples of carbohydrate:
Rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, milk, cookies, cereals, and so much of them which we have knowledge about.

ROLES OF CARBOHYDRATE:
It has different significant roles which they play in the human system, other than providing energy for the body.

However; in picking classes of food, we should know how to balance things.
We should consume the various classes of food in quantum.
If we eat excess of carbohydrate, and eat a little of protein or the rest of them; we won't balance the equation of eating at all.
Thereby we debar our body from what it needs, and endangering ourselves.

DISADVANTAGES OF EATING EXCESS CARBOHYDRATE.

It's capable of adding weight to your body.
Eating lot of carbs, you intake excess glucose which will be processed into fat, and may be harmful to our cells.

This point is also capable of causing you to tackle obesity.

✓ Weight loss also.
✓ Bloating.

There are other disadvantages.

Eating food full of carbohydrates that cause blood sugar spikes, face a higher risk of developing type-2 diabetes.


Over time, eating a diet high in refined carbohydrates can raise your cholesterol levels, which increases your risk for heart disease.
Chronic fatigue, or even feeling tired after consuming simple carbohydrates, could be a side effect of habitually eating too many carbs. Eating meals rich in carbohydrates makes your body retain water, which can make you feel bloated.
Taking bad carbohydrates for a long time will increase the risk of overweight. After eating bad carbohydrates, the body will easily break them down into glucose, and then releases them into the blood. Any cells that need energy can get the glucose from the blood. When the amount of glucose is too much, it will become a fat storage.

@Ganibade Thanks you for sharing this effect of consuming too much of carbohydrate to the human health. Carbohydrate are mostly found in fruits, vegetables,grain and sugar among others. Eating carbs also has their own benefits but you must not over eat them. We all know that too much of anything is not good for human health irrespective of the benefits we derived from them.

Eating too much of carbohydrate can slow down the metabolic rate and when your metabolic rate is slow, it can leads to additional weight gain. Thus, it is very important for individuals to make sure that they do not consume too much of carbs. However, too much of carbs in the body can also results to the increase in high blood sugar and causes less insulin production thereby, leading to diabetes. Excess of carbohydrate in human body can also results to heart attack, diabetes, and other related diseases.

Carbs also contain certain amount of sugar, and there is a level to what amount of sugar human body can contain but when the body is already filled up to that level, the sugar calories would end up being converted and stored as body fat which is harmful to human body. This can results to weight difficulties such as obesity, cardiac problems, among others.
