My wife has tried the fruit and vegetables diet some years ago. She had lost 2 pounds in a week of her diet. But on the 2nd week she was complaining that her taste buds are already revolting. We are not vegetarians so it is not easy to avoid meat and fish for a long time. That did not work for my wife.

There are some fruits that contains a lot of fats and that is what we must observe if we are thinking of losing weight. The best way I believe people can lose weight is the use of regular exercise because that is when the body will be able to burn calories and other fat in the body. Doctors can also help with drugs if possible
