Workplaces are a great place for many people. This is because of many different reasons. However, when it comes to workplaces, there are many companies that offer their employees breaks. Giving breaks is a great thing. This is because of many reasons. A person cannot work for 24 hours and since we are all humans we all need breaks because our body needs to stop working at some point.

This is a big reason why breaks are recommended. Apart from all this, I think that breaks should be given to people because humans need to get refreshed from their daily activities and if we do not get breaks, we may get exhausted.
