Experience is very important for someone who will run a business, but experience does not have to be exactly the same, maybe you get experience from working, helping businesses have relatives, or at least you have conducted surveys or observed how the business field you are going to run will work. so the role of knowledge and relationships with other people also plays an important role to launch your business.

Do not be deceived you may have the money the capital to establish your business but without proper an accurate experience about the kind of business you intend to establish and implement , your business will not go far or which higher heights . majority of businesses have shut down and go bankrupt today as a result of not having experience about what the business they intend to establish is like they fail to understand the pros and cons that comes with establishing , running , facilitating , and controlling such a business . this is usually caused as a result of them feeling overwhelmed that what really matters in the business is to have capital to establish it , this is absolutely no to be able to manage a business you need the moral which serve as your experience so as to be able to carry out correct and accurate business decisions and choices .

Without proper and accurate experience about the business you intend to establish you may turn out to be an indecisive business owner that is considered not to be confident and but to be wimpy in your business dealings and doings with members within an external .

There's a common misconception that you need a lot of experience to start a successful business. While experience can certainly help, it's not a requirement. In fact, many successful entrepreneurs have little to no experience in their field when they start out.

So, if you're thinking about starting a business but don't have a lot of experience, don't let that hold you back. With the right mindset and a bit of hard work, you can be successful without any prior experience.

Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Do your research

If you're starting a business in an industry you're not familiar with, it's important to do your research. Learn as much as you can about the industry, the market, and your potential customers. This will give you a solid foundation to build your business on.

2. Find a mentor

If you know someone who's already successful in the industry you're entering, reach out to them for advice. A mentor can be a valuable asset, providing guidance and support as you navigate the early stages of starting your business.

3. Surround yourself with a great team

As the saying goes, there's no I in team. When you're starting a business, it's important to surround yourself with people who complement your skills and experience. This will give you the best chance for success.

4. Be prepared to work hard

Starting a business is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and determination to be successful. Be prepared to put in the long hours and make sacrifices in the early days. It will be worth it in the end.

Becoming successful is something that happens gradually and you don't just wake up with the idea of a business and then you immediately start and realize that you are making world recognized success.

You may not need the experience of managing the same heights of success you aim at but you must have an experience probably lesser than that. For example, almost all the people you listed were once at a stage where they were hot known and weren't as successful as they are now. It was that time that they used to gain their experience and now they are able to do what they are doing perfectly.

One thing about getting experience is that it helps you get rid of errors and mistakes. But this does not mean that someone should get scared of trying something because he or she has no prior knowledge or experience about it because that was the same path people who made it today took yesterday.

Of course there are many success stories where people started on an "adventure" with no experience and ended up being successful. To get strated in business, experience is not required but useful. The main thing I think though is that you need to dream and to believe in yourself.
