Real estate Do home security systems make a difference to potential buyers?

I have a very interesting question for you and I would like your opinions. When you go to buy a house / apartment and you see that it is video surveillance and has surveillance cameras, do you feel more secure? Does this benefit add to the price?

Or do you prefer a cheaper price but without those surveillance cameras?

I honestly would buy a house and see that it is video protected and I have access to an application on the phone where I can see everything, for me personally it is a plus and it gives me extra reasons to buy it.
