Buyer’s agent and a listing agent are sometimes used interchangeably but they are difference between them. A buyer’s agent does more with the buyer’s interests. They have mostly deals about a buying. The agent here will find a home within budget that matches the buyer's preferences. This is to get the right property as demanded by the buyer for their commission.

While on the other hand, The listing agent is all about the sellers interest, they represents the seller’s interest. The agent is out to get a good sale price with a deal or property that is likely to close. So the seller gets the money while the agent get the agreed commission.
